Inspiration

Every day, I am inspired by the ways our voices support us through the world. Studying somatic psychology as a lifelong singer, I became passionate about the interplay between sound expression and our embodied sense of self.

Our voice holds the key to expressing creativity, advocating for ourselves and others, and even using resonance to regulate our nervous system. For those navigating anxiety, stress, and depression, working with the voice can be a powerful tool for grounding, self-empowerment, and emotional regulation. By gently exploring vocal resonance in a safe and supportive space, we can shift patterns of self-silencing, release stored tension, and develop a deeper connection to our own needs and boundaries.

The voice is a source of power, and the ways we can use it for healing are vast and beautiful. When we playfully explore sound and breath, we unlock new ways of relating to our bodies and emotions that bring a sense of ease, confidence, and presence. Therapeutic voice work is an effective and accessible resource for anyone looking to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner calm.
